FCC is open to families in all stages of the adoption process -from families paperchasing to families who are home with their children.



Throughout the year, member families of the FCC gather to celebrate Chinese culture and support the common bonds of adoption.

The FCC's mission is to:

  • provide for adoptees a network of peers with a shared experience
  • support waiting families during the adoption process
  • support families post adoption
  • provide Chinese cultural awareness programs
  • support children remaining in orphanages through charitable partnerships
